SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods, product launches, or high demand, processing times may be extended.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Ireland
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch
European Union
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). It is your responsibility to ensure that all shipping details provided are accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed.
DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside of our control. This includes, but is not limited to, weather disruptions, transportation issues, or peak seasonal demand.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Orders shipped within the European Union should not incur additional customs charges. For orders shipped outside of the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the shipping carrier, Montel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at team@montelofficial.com so we can assess and resolve the issue.
INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS
Montel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at team@montelofficial.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If a package is refused or returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, we reserve the right to issue store credit for the order value, excluding any shipping costs.
